These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website academy.ipvaluemanagements.com, all associated services, course content, and community features (collectively, the "Platform") operated by IPVALUE Managements Group ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), based in Grand Rapids, MI.
By creating an account, purchasing a program, or otherwise using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use our Platform. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration - Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate - Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with anyone - Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account - Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent.
We offer educational programs at various tiers, including Starter, Accelerator, and Elite Mentorship. We also offer a subscription-based course through WHOP (Digital Business Academy).
Program Tiers and Access: - Starter: Access to foundational course modules and community features. - Accelerator: All Starter features plus advanced strategies, coaching calls, and supplier database access. - Elite Mentorship: All Accelerator features plus personal mentorship from Charles Loua, mastermind access, and done-for-you assistance.
Payment: - All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). - Payments are processed securely through Stripe. - Full payment is required before access is granted. - For WHOP courses, billing is handled by WHOP under their terms.
Access Activation: - Program access is activated immediately upon successful payment confirmation. - You will receive a confirmation email with login details.
90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with Academy IP Value Management for any reason within 90 days of your enrollment date, email support@ipvaluemanagements.com and we will refund your full payment.
No completion requirements. No proof-of-effort hurdles. No mandatory Q&A sessions.
After 90 days from enrollment, all sales are final.
Chargebacks filed instead of requesting a refund through us will be disputed with our full records.
Note: WHOP subscription courses (Digital Business Academy at $49.99/month) are subject to WHOP's own refund and cancellation policies.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to course videos, text, images, graphics, logos, audio, software, and downloadable materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of IPVALUE Managements Group and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You MAY: - Access and view course content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes - Take personal notes from course materials
You MAY NOT: - Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share course videos, materials, or content with any third party - Record, screen-capture, or download course videos unless explicitly permitted - Use our content to create competing products or services - Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any course materials - Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
Violation of intellectual property rights may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
By using our Platform and community features, you agree to:
- Treat all members, coaches, and staff with respect and professionalism - Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior - Not spam, promote unrelated products, or solicit other members - Not share misleading or false information about earnings or results - Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary strategies shared in coaching calls or mastermind sessions
We reserve the right to remove any user who violates these conduct standards without refund.
Our programs provide education and tools for building e-commerce businesses. However, we make NO guarantees about your specific results or earnings.
- Results vary based on individual effort, experience, market conditions, and other factors - Testimonials and success stories represent individual results and are not typical outcomes - Past performance by our students does not guarantee future results - Statistics cited on our website (e.g., revenue figures, success rates) are aggregated data and may include exceptional results
You acknowledge that building a business involves risk and that success requires significant effort, time, and sometimes capital investment.
Our Platform integrates with or links to third-party services including:
- Stripe (payment processing) - WHOP (course hosting for Academy) - Crisp (live chat support) - Resend (email communications)
Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or practices of any third-party service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Platform and all content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. - We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. - In no event shall IPVALUE Managements Group, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. - Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IPVALUE Managements Group and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms of Service - Violation of our Code of Conduct - Sharing or distributing course materials - Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation - Non-payment or payment disputes
Upon termination, your access to all course content and community features will be revoked.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Kent County, Michigan.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
