IPVALUE Managements Group stands behind our programs with a straightforward refund policy.
If you're not satisfied with Academy IP Value Management for any reason within 90 days of your enrollment date, email support@ipvaluemanagements.com and we will refund your full payment.
No completion requirements. No proof-of-effort hurdles. No mandatory Q&A sessions.
After 90 days from enrollment, all sales are final.
Chargebacks filed instead of requesting a refund through us will be disputed with our full records.
Email support@ipvaluemanagements.com with:
1. Subject line: "Refund Request - [Your Full Name]" 2. Your full name and email address associated with your account 3. Date of purchase and program enrolled in
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.
If your refund is approved: - All access to course content, materials, and resources will be revoked. - Your account will be deactivated and you will be removed from all community groups. - Any affiliate/referral commissions earned will be forfeited.
The Digital Business Academy ($49.99/month) is hosted on WHOP and billed through WHOP. This subscription is NOT covered by this refund policy and is subject exclusively to WHOP's own refund and cancellation policies.
To cancel a WHOP subscription: - Log into your WHOP account at whop.com - Navigate to your subscriptions - Click "Cancel Subscription"
Cancellation stops future billing. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Payments made via cryptocurrency (USDC, ETH, BTC) are subject to the same 90-day refund policy. Due to the nature of blockchain transactions: - Refunds for crypto payments will be issued in USD equivalent via bank transfer - The refund amount will be based on the USD value at the time of original purchase
